Commercial properties demand a different approach than residential inspections. Multiple complex systems, larger footprints, specialized equipment, and code compliance requirements mean one inspector isn't enough. We assemble a team tailored to your property.
For commercial and light commercial inspections, we bring in licensed specialists as needed. Your inspection team may include any combination of licensed plumber, licensed electrician, roofing specialist, solar energy technician, and structural engineer — based on the property type and your requirements. The team size and composition is determined during the scoping conversation, and pricing is expanded by the size of the team requested.
Properties with more than four residential units together or used in a business application up to 25,000 square feet are classified as light commercial. These are inspected by our team of inspectors and can typically be completed in a single site visit.
Properties exceeding 25,000 square feet are inspected by a full team of inspectors and licensed contractors working simultaneously. This includes retail spaces, restaurants, office buildings, multi-unit residential buildings, warehouses, and mixed-use properties.
Commercial inspections are priced based on square footage, property type, and team composition.
